A highly experienced business consultant. Rakesh has sought to use his passion for leadership to establish the BMC College of Leadership. As Programme Director Rakesh has designed innovative programmes that incorporate the methods and ethos used in the successes he has enjoyed with global clients such as; Toyota, Eon, British Airways, Sony, Porsche, South African Airways, Singapore Airlines, Gulf Air, DHL, British Aerospace, Peregrine Investments, Muller Dairy Foods, The World Bank, Thames Water, and The Government of Bahrain.
Rakesh is also Visiting Faculty at the University of Buckingham, a Director at London Business School, Visiting Executive Faculty at Henley Management College and Professor at Rushmore University in the USA. Suman Sondhi BSc (Hons)
Suman is a director at BMC Global Services. Suman is head of business relations and planning. Suman is responsible for selling, marketing and organising seminars, workshops and conferences, for all clients. She has organised Leadership programmes, for organisations across the UK. Suman has recently helped BMC Global Services achieve accreditation with the University of Buckingham, CMI, NOCN and Nottingham City Council. Her background in Chemical Engineering provides an analytical and creative mind, for solving challenging business problems.
Daniel Ince BA (Hons)
Daniel is a member of the BMC Global Services team. He has contributed to business development, coordination, and the integration of knowledge within the company over the past few years. Daniel has been involved in setting up accreditations and course design for the University of Buckingham, CMI, NOCN and Nottingham City Council as well as input to other leadership development programmes that BMC offers.
Tony Mullett MBA, Diploma, Fellow of CIPD
Tony is an International Executive with over 30 years experience within Europe, Africa and the USA. He has provided expert assistance at board level for businesses in the Construction, Aviation, Services and FMCG industries. As an accomplished corporate strategist Tony has also the proven ability to drive and manage change in pan national environments.
John Redmond
John has many years experience working on wide ranging consulting and interim management assignments. These have included advising and mentoring small business leaders, interim Technical Director with C&C Ireland and a supply chain review for a leading distribution company in the food and drink sector. John has previously held the role of Operations Director with Best Foods (Ireland) and Nestlé (Ireland), in both companies he had responsibility for Supply Chain, Capital Planning and NPD. John specialises in taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues in the area of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Tom Fahey MSc, 3 Diplomas, Fellow of CIPD
Tom Fahey is a practicing Barrister specialising in Employment Law. Tom has held the role of H.R. Director in R.T.E., the Irish National radio and TV station. Tom has managed several large-scale projects including the start up of a pharmaceutical company in Dublin. He has also managed the restructuring and succession planning for a major Greek pharmaceutical company and integration of businesses in Israel, South Africa and France. For fifteen years he was European H.R. Director with the Merck Group, a leading pharmaceutical company. Evelyn Fitzpatrick BA, Fellow of ICPA
Evelyn Fitzpatrick is an accountant and a Council Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the consultative group who are advising the Government on the implementation of the new Charity Legislation. Evelyn has served as Director of Finance and Administration for Focus Ireland, the charitydealingwithhomelessness. Duringthat time theirAnnual Report won the CharteredAccountantsPublishedAccountsAward five times. Evelyn was previously the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Marks and Spencer (Ireland). In September 2010, BMC Services (Ireland) Ltd. opened as an Irish professional services business. Evelyn is one of a number of highly qualified local specialists recruited by BMC Services to focus on Irish clients, while at the same time it leverages the experience and expertise of the wider BMC Global Services business.
Steven Brannagan
Director of Lighthouse Networks, Chairman of the Board at Kilmarnock College, Vice-President of Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce. Steve has consulted for a broad range of clients from SME to world-wide corporations. Steve began his career as an IT professional within the electronics industry in the early 80s. He worked for a number of US multi-nationals over the next 15 years. After working in various roles, including systems development and project management, he left to form his first company. Steve’s experience covers both private and public sector organisations and International business growth. Several years later and several companies later he now works with companies covering a broad spectrum of subject matters.
Peter Siviter BSc (Hons), MIC (CMI)
Peter has worked as a consultant to both the public and private sectors since 1986. Originally an executive recruiter,leading assignments and as adviser to Boards in the appointment of Principals and Chief Executives for many of Scotland’s Colleges and Managing Directors and Senior Management Team members for retail, hi-tech, financial service and charitable status organisations throughout the UK, Peter has expanded his expertise in and knowledge of both sectors in the delivery of restructuring, training and governance issue projects.
Dr Paul Aitken
Dr Paul Aitken has been working with BMC since the summer of 2010. He was recently Head Researcher at the Leadership Trust. Former posts include Programme Director for the National School of Government, where he was responsible for the Leaders Across the UK and the Civil Service Top 100 Performance Challenge programmes. He was also Programme Director for the Leadership and Change curriculum at Henley Management College and for the New Zealand Public Sector Top 200 Leadership Pipeline.

Simon Buzza FInstSMM
Simon is a coach with BMC Global Services and is a founding partner of the NewDawn Partnership – specialists in delivering highly effective negotiation practices and behaviours through training and consultancy. He served for 23 years in the Royal Marines before retiring as a Colonel.
David Rees MSc, Diploma, HNC, Fellow of CIPD, Member of CMI
David held several executive posts in the telecoms industry before becoming qualified as a lecturer. He is the Executive Director and lead consultant for Cultural Fluency and currently works with Henley Business School, Birmingham University and Stourfield School. His main areas of expertise are teaching leadership, people management and business transformation/change on Diploma and MBA Programmes (including e-learning environments). He has extensive workshop design and delivery experience in the UK and overseas and is co-author and materials designer for Henley’s MBA modules in Managing People, Business Transformation and Inter-Cultural Management. Professor Sharon Turnbull PhD in Management, MBA, Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Fellow of RSA
Sharon joined the BMC team at the beginning of 2011. She was formerly Director of the Centre for Applied Leadership Research at The Leadership Trust Foundation. Prior to joining The Leadership Trust in 2003, she led MBA and executive programmes, taught, and researched at Lancaster University Management School for almost ten years, following a commercial career in HR and Management Development.
Jocelin Kagan MBA
After completing her MBA from Henley Management College (UK) - prize winner 2002, Jocelin embarked on an exploration into the human brain and more specifically the neuro-gender differences which have now become her passion. Gary Bailey MBA
Former Manchester United goal keeper and winner of 2 FA Cups. He presents SuperSports which shows live Premiership games across Africa. Gary is also an MBA graduate at Henley Management College and delivers leadership presentations to business leaders across Europe and Africa. Frank Stapleton
A former Arsenal, Manchester United, and Ajax striker. He also had stints at numerous other clubs as well as being a Republic of Ireland international. During his playing time he was a prolific scorer and a winner of 3 FA cups. Nowadays he works as a pundit for Sky and Talksport. Frank is heavily involved with BMC Global Services and our Leadership Development programmes.
Gary Mabbutt
Gary started his football career at Bristol Rovers, later joining Tottenham Hotspur. He went on to become the Spurs captain, winning the FA and UEFA cups. Gary played 618 games for Spurs and scored 36 goals, all the more remarkable considering he was a diabetic. He also won 16 caps for England, and scored one goal for England against Yugoslavia in 1986. He was awarded an MBE for his services to the game
